The Platte View Room is $100 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. We have a Christmas in July special. When you book your Holiday party ( November-January) in July you will receive 25% off the facility rental fee with this special .Customers must have the deposit paid by July 29th to qualify for the discount. A half down non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation date.
