Jim is the husband in the husband-and-wife duo. Jim is the one who had the dream to open the winery. He is also the Brew master.
Sharon is the wife in the husband-and-wife duo. She runs the tasting room. If you have been to any of the dinners you have tried her amazing cooking skills!
Nicole is our winemaker. Nicole is a local, having grown up in Papillion before attending Iowa State and earning her bachelor’s degree in Food Science. Since then, she has worked in wineries in California, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia before bringing her learned knowledge back home to Nebraska.
Jimmy is our vineyard manager. He takes care of the vines in rain, shine and snow. Pruning, harvest and general care he does it all!
Valerie is our tasting room manager. She grew up in Omaha and has a great passion for wine!
Robert is our Sales Rep and assistant brewer. You can catch him at your local grocery store or helping out in the Vineyard!

Teresa and Sara Shaw are the owner’s daughters who help out in the tasting room when needed.
