Wine Maker’s Tasting Experience

Get ready to experience an evening of wine and hors d’oeuvres pairings with our winemaker, Nicole Eagin! We will be enjoying five wines that have been specially paired with small bites, as well as discussing the nuances of why these pairings work.

About our winemaker: Nicole is a local, having grown up in Papillion before attending Iowa State and earning her bachelor’s degree in Food Science. Since then, she has worked harvests in wineries in California, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia before bringing her learned knowledge back home to Nebraska. Trained under Jim for four years Nicole is now the head winemaker!
