We have bread, crackers, cheese, sausage, pop and water for sale in the Tasting Room.  Therefore, we do not allow foods and drinks not purchased at Soaring Wings to be brought into the building.

Nebaska Law stipulates that no outside alcohol can be brought onto the premises.   All outside alcohol will be confiscated!

Acoustic Sundays are Year Round!

Acoustic Music Sundays from 2:00 to 5:00 - Year Round!. Sunday music will be outside at the gazebo, weather permitting... weather not permitting, music will be indoors in the party room.

Friday Night Music Series

Bring a lawn-chair or blanket to sit out, watch the sunset, enjoy some great music with some great wine! Rain or Shine the music plays

May through September, cover charge of $5.00 per person - Age 12 and older (Wine not included),

Tastings of wine or beer may be purchased at the gate for $6 (5 Tastings and you keep the glass! )

Wine by the glass runs $5 for a glass of wine, $7 for a glass of Syrah

$12 and up for bottles of wine (We can re-cork if you don't finish the bottle.)

Beer by the glass are $4.50 - $6.00


Gate opens at 6:00 p.m., Music starts at 7:00 p.m. and plays until 9:30 p.m.

Yotes BBQ Pizzeria will be available and there will be cheese, crackers, sausage and bread available for purchase in the Tasting Room during our Friday Night Music events.

Annual Wine and Blues Festival

The 2012 Blues Festival is June 2nd from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.  Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and come out to see this year's great bands!

Special Saturday Night Performance

The Back Alley Blues Band will be performing here on June 30th!

Gate opens at 6:00 with the music beginning at 7:00.  There is a $5 cover for guests are 12 and up.  Music will play until approximately 9:30!

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and come out to listen to this great local band!

Swine on the Vine - August 18, 2012

6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Join us for our annual pig roast!  Reservations are just $25 per person (21 and up) which includes good music by TBA, great food by TBA and your first glass of wine in a souvenir wine glass.  Under 21 are still welcome and the cost is $20 per person for their food and musical enjoyment.

Reservations are required.  This event sells out every year, so make your reservations today!

Harvest Festival

Last year's festival was a blast!  The 2012 Festival is September 22nd, 12:00 - 9:30 p.m.

Once the harvest is finally in and the twenty-hour workdays draw to a close it is time to celebrate.  We throw a big party to which you are invited. Pop-country and folk rock music provides the background, great food from a local vendor for the energy, and International Award Winning Wine the impetus. Enjoy the wine and music or compete in the Grape Stomping contests.

This is the time to come and show off your grape stomping skills!  Competition fee is $10 per 2 member team, payment due with sign up form.  Stomps are 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 - more may be added depending on the number of competitors!

Performers: TBA (12:00 - 3:00), TBA (3:30 - 6:30) and TBA (7:00 - 9:30)

Cost is $12.00 per person, Age 21 and up (Bacchus $10.00 per person)

Age 12-20 is $7

Food vendor(s) will be available and there will be cheese, crackers, sausage and bread available for purchase in the Tasting Room.

Because we have food vendor(s) available, we will not be allowing coolers and outside food or drinks for this event. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Wine, Chocolate and Roses


Saturday, February 11th at 7:00 p.m.  is our annual Valentine's event.  Cost is $65.00 (plus tax) per couple.  Reservations are required because this event sells out every year!  Come join us for heavy appetizers, dessert bar, chocolate fountain and a bottle of wine for the couple to share.  What a great event to so with the one you love.

3-Course Dinner


Soft lights, linen tablecloths, soft music...now add a 3-course dinner paired with 3 Soaring Wings wines!   Make your reservations now for this wonderful dining experience! Reservations are required. 

Cost is $32.00 (plus tax) per person and the first course is served at 7:00 p.m.

Menu:  First Course: Salad, Second Course: Lasagna, Third Course:  Dessert.

Meet the Winemaker Dinners

These are your chance to meet the winemaker, Jim Shaw, and ask those questions you always wanted to ask about wine. This is a top flight 5 course gourmet dinner paired with five of our wines. It is an entertaining event from a gustatorial standpoint as well as sheer enjoyment.

Barrel Tasting


On February 25 at 7:00 you'll be led down to the barrel room to tap the barrels containing our dry wines for a special wine tasting.  Cost is $30 per person which includes the tastings, cheese, crackers and sausage. This event is limited to 30 people and sells out quickly, so call and get your reservations in for this unique tasting event.
