Falco Red(Red; Gold & Silver Medal Winner)
SSweetFalcoWinemaker Jim Shaw built a Falco in the early 1980's--it was the 3rd homebuild Falco to fly. This blended wine is fruit forward with a crisp finish. Enjoy chilled, but please after the flying is done for the day.
Dragon's Red(Red; Gold Medal, "Best Red Hybrid" of Eastern U.S. for 2007 vintage, Silver & Bronze Medals)
SSweetDragonOur most popular red is made entirely from Frontenac grapes, nice fruity notes combine with a bit of the Dragon's bite. Produced in stainless steel, you'll want to drink chilled.

Ice Falcon(White; Double Gold, Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals)
SweetIceFalconA merry blend of three grapes: Vignoles, Chardonel, & LaCrosse. This wine has retained most of its fruit and is balanced nicely with a slightly crisp finish. (Similar to Rieslings) Serve Chilled.

Cap'N Jim's AirPORT One(Red)
SweetCapnJimOften referred to as PORT, this fortified red wine is aged for at least a year in oak barrels. Cherry notes on the nose and a perfect warm finish. 22% Alcohol.
