Well, we just went through half of our beer in one day during the Blues Festival. What an event. Nearly two thousand attended. I think we handled it fairly well, except for about an hour where the lines got longer than I would like. We will keep on working on our service for these events. Thanks for your patience.
Just brewed a new beer. It is a Belgian Strawberry Ale. Kellie was the demon that made me make this! It is, well, really tasty. ? I am brewing our Raspberry Wheat today and should have it on line in a couple of weeks. Other than that, I am very happy with our Pilsner and I think the Pumpkin Ale and Low Level Lager are spot on.
