Made some changes on the beer lineup. Pegasus Pils is now Gluten “Reduced”, we cannot say free as there may still be some still there. The Aviator, which used to be Gluten Reduced is about to back to having gluten present. So be careful. Later this fall a gluten reduced Low Level Lager will be available. Another notable thing is that our Imperial Stout is back in bottle form, but we also have it on tap. It is a first class Imperial, and Really, Really, BIG. The alcohol is 10.7% so we are serving it in a wine glass. Will be brewing an Octoberfest beer next week. Still trying to decide on it though.
