We have won hundreds of medals over the past few years. It has literally gotten to that point that we are placing them in paper bags for storage till we can figure out what to do with them!
We have a wide variety from dry full bodied reds to sweet whites. We have a wine for every taste and mood.

Syrah 2011 - Dry RED $19.99
Silver Medal Winner
This is the first commercially grown Syrah in the region. Made from Syrah grapes and aged in oak, this is a dry red that brings out the best flavor of the grapes. Excellent with beef dishes. Quantities are extremely limited. Grown right here in our vineyard.

Bronze Medal Winner
This select dry red wine is unique, earthy, and easy to drink. Lightly oaked with careful attention paid to retaining the fruity notes and color of the St. Croix grapes. Currently a young tannin forward wine. enjoy now or save it for a special occasion. (Similar to Cabernet.)

2004 Vintage Listed “Top 50 Wines” produced East of the West Coast, Silver and Bronze Medals
A lightly oaked white wine with fruity overtones paired with a nice, smooth finish. It resembles a Sauvignon Blanc or light Chardonnay. Best paired with grilled shrimp and seafood, grilled chicken and heavy pasta dishes. Serve slightly chilled.
Chambourcin Special Reserve 2010 - $15.99/bottle
Silver and Bronze Medal Winner
This vintage demonstrates the impact of more mature vines on the softness of the finish. Soft cherry notes heighten the smooth finish. Aged in American oak. Excellent with grilled meats or Italian dishes. (similar to Pinot Noir)
DeChaunac 2010 - $13.99/bottle
Silver and Bronze Medal Winner
Made from DeChaunac grapes, this oak-aged red is similar to Merlot. A full body red wine with a deep cherry aroma is paired nicely with hearty beef stews, steaks, and lamb.
Norton 2011 - $19.98/bottle
This dry red wine presents notes of cherry and raspberry on the nose. It has a fruity mid-palate and a crisp finish with hints of pepper. Similar to Pinot Noir. Serve cellar temperature.

Bronze medal winner
This off-dry red wine is a blend of several Nebraska’s best red grape varieties. Aged in American oak, you’ll detect strong caramel and soft fruit notes. This is a lovely wine that is easy to drink. Drink now or hold. Best paired with Italian dishes and grilled meats.
Red Phoenix 2011 - $15.99/bottle
Silver and Bronze Medal Winner
A lightly oaked red with a soft cherry notes and hints of cinnamon. Paired best with grilled chicken or beef, or serve with pork tenderloin. Similar to Pinot Noir. Serve cellar temp or chilled.
Traminette 2010 $11.99/bottle
Bronze Medal Winner
This off-dry Traminette white wine shows its Gewürztraminer parentage. Mild spicy notes, light body, hints of pear, apple, and grapefruit, makes this wine an excellent pairing for most foods. Enjoy chilled.

Blushing Hawk 2012 $15.99/bottle
Gold and Bronze Medal Winner
This blush wine is light and delightfully fruity, full of strawberry and watermelon notes. Slightly more tart and drier than last year's vintage, it provides a fine crisp finish.

"Best Red Hybrid" of the Eastern United States
2007 Vintage “Best Red Hybrid” of the Eastern United States, Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals Winner
Our most popular red! This wine is made entirely from Frontenac grapes, predominately from our vineyard and combines nice fruity notes with a bit of the Dragon’s bite. Produced in stainless steel you’ll want to drink this wine chilled. Best served with pizza, hamburgers, BB-Q, hot wings, Mexican, Asian and Italian cuisine.

This fruity sweet red wine has great support from intensely flavored grapes. Nothing serious about this one. Just enjoy! Good chilled or at a cold cellar temperature.
Falco Red 2012 - $14.99/bottle
Gold and Silver Medal Winner
Owner and winemaker Jim Shaw built a Falco in the early 1980’s and was the third homebuilt Falco to fly. An aircraft of beauty and grace, it is a joy to fly. This blended sweet red wine is fruit forward and simply fun to drink. Enjoy chilled, but please after the flying is done for the day!

Our newest red wine is Chambourcin based and shows fruit forwardness with mild cherry notes and soft tannins. A more "serious" semisweet red!

A merry blend of three grapes: Vignoles, Chardonel, & LaCrosse. If you like Edelweiss, you’ll love this wine. This wine has retained most of its fruit and is balanced nicely with a slightly crisp finish. (Similar to Rieslings) Serve chilled.

Vignoles 2011 - $15.99/bottle
Double Gold winner, Best of Class and Best Varietal, Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals
A combination of mid and late harvest Vignoles grapes adds complexity to this wine. Sublime tropical fruit and light floral aromas combine to make this wine a joy to drink. Pairs very nicely with apple, peach, pear, lemon, or pumpkin desserts.
Edelweiss 2011 - $14.99/bottle
Silver and Bronze Medal Winner
As the name suggests, this wine reminds you of the sweeter white Germanic wines. One of the most popular of Nebraska wines, it has a wonderful floral nose with a following of crisp apple notes reminding you of the Alpine flower for which it was maned. Serve chilled.
Cap'N Jim's AirPORT One 2010- $19.99/bottle
Often referred to as Port, this fortified red wine is aged for at least a year in oak barrels. All I can say is "wow" one of the finer ports out there. Cherry notes on the nose and a perfect warm finish.
