Facility Rental

We offer two rental options: the separate party room or the entire facility. Prices vary for the different rentals and there are optional extras.
Option 1: Platte View Party Room
With the addition to our party room, we can accommodate up to 120 people. The party room has a Caterer's Kitchen (additional cost), flat screen T.V., a private bar, and a view over the vineyard to make your event an enjoyable and lasting memory.
Platte View Party Room starts as low as $200 for the first two hours ($100 an hour thereafter). For your convenience you can rent place settings and linens. Call us for details.
Option 2: Entire Facility Rental
Accommodations increase dramatically for outdoor events. We can accommodate approximately 1,500 persons in our outdoor amphitheater for music events or weddings. Our first class stage with the amazing panoramic view of the Platte River Valley is the perfect backdrop for any event. The rental includes the Platte River Room, Tasting Room, gazebo, the yard between the gazebo and the building and decks.
Entire Facility Rental and Wedding rentals start at $1200 for the first four hours ( $100 an hour thereafter) . For your convenience you can rent place settings and linens. Call us for details.

We discount our rentals to help local charities raise funds. All the fund-raising events we have hosted have exceeded the organizers estimates and wildest dreams!

Corporate Meetings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, pre-nuptial dinners, wedding showers, retirement parties, family reunions, etc.
