The Toons

The TOONS are a tight, energetic Blues/Rock group that was established in 2002. The three core members have been rocking for much longer than that. The TOONS also supported Doc Mullet’s Bad Moon Rising band which backed up Magic Slim at the Zoo Bar from 2006 – 2009. The newest member of the TOONS is Emily Schiltz. She got her start singing the blues while a student of the Zoo Bar’s Upstairs Blues Band which went to Memphis to compete in the international blues contest.
